Our Children and their Learning
At Kids Paradise Long Street, we provide children with quality learning through a play-based approach. This ensures the children feel safe, secure, and supported in our environment and throughout their education by using nurturing and engaging learning approaches. Kids Paradise respects that all children are unique and develop at different times, and this enables us to create a curriculum that understands and reflects their different needs, interests and learning styles. We have embedded the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework throughout our service to ensure we are meeting the children’s needs in all areas while incorporating the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders culture into our curriculum. At Kids Paradise we encourage the children to be active participants in their learning by using the children’s voice to support us in creating an educational environment that reflects all individuals.
Our Families
At Kids Paradise Long Street, we build genuine and authentic connections with all our families and encourage their input into all aspects of our service. We strive to go above and beyond to support and cater for all families, individual needs and circumstances. We pride ourselves on our excellent ongoing communication with families about their children’s development, learning and their daily activities. We aim to work alongside families and their children to ensure that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential in a nurturing and positive environment.
Our Staff
At Kids Paradise Long Street, we ensure all of our educators are passionate, motivated and love what they do. Our staff and educators work within a positive and supportive environment, which appreciates educators for their individual passion, dedication, knowledge and enthusiasm towards education and care of children. Kids Paradise endorses and encourages continual education and training for members of our team. We offer our educators support, encouragement, and a sense of belonging and achievement within the team environment.
